Tim is our strategy guy, and spends his days turning chaos into roadmaps, ideas into results, and problems into “that’s genius” solutions. Tim is a smart cat and always three moves ahead, but only after he’s listened, sketched and mapped.
We call him “the handrail”, for his ability to lead every client and project to success with clarity and calm confidence.
Kat Geismar
Kat is the builder/writer/do-er and will nut out any problem before transforming it into a functioning page, function or experience. Big on timelines and sticking to roadmaps, Kat will ensure a client is not met with any surprises, unless they’re good ones. Like cake!
